This simple guide will walk you through linking Facebook to SmartReply so you can start enhancing your social media interactions right away.

💡 Please note that SmartReply works exclusively with Facebook business pages. It doesn't support personal Facebook profiles or Facebook groups, meaning you can only add business pages as a Facebook channel to your SmartReply account. 

How to connect your Facebook business page to SmartReply

There are three scenarios for connecting Facebook to SmartReply

• You are new to SmartReply
• You already have a SmartReply profile
• You already have a SmartReply account

You are new to SmartReply

1. Go to SmartReply and click the Get started button in the upper-right corner.
2. Choose Facebook Messenger from the list of channels.
3. Follow the prompts to connect your Facebook account. This is a required step to grant certain permissions via your Facebook page to enable y
   You will need your Facebook account password for this step.
4. From the list of the displayed pages, choose the right Facebook page.
5. Click “Connect” to proceed with integration.

You already have a SmartReply profile

SmartReply profile is the entity created when you register, before connecting any particular channel. 

1. Log in to SmartReply and go to My profile > Accounts.
2. Click +Create new account, then activate it
3. Choose Facebook from the given list of channels.
4. From the list of the displayed pages, choose the right Facebook page.
5. Click Connect to proceed with integration.

You already have a SmartReply Company Account

Once you connect a channel in your SmartReply profile, it creates a SmartReply account.

1. Log in to SmartReply and go to My profile > Accounts.
2. Select the account where you wish to add your Facebook page.
3. Navigate to Settings > Facebook.
4. From the list of the displayed pages, choose the right Facebook page.
5. Click Connect to proceed with integration.

How to connect another Facebook page to SmartReply

To connect another Facebook business page to SmartReply, you'll need to create a separate SmartReply account. Each SmartReply account can only be connected to one Facebook business page, and the same rule applies to all other channels. 

There's no option to link multiple Facebook business pages to a single SmartReply account, so you'll need a separate account for each page you manage.

To create a new SmartReply account and connect another Facebook page, click on the page avatar in the lower-left corner, select Accounts -> Create new account, and then follow the same steps as for the other page.
