AI Message Controls

Campaigns

Our campaign feature can be currently used to send out Messenger Broadcast campaigns & WhatsApp Campaigns. Create and launch your campaign, and then let your SmartReply Agent take it from there handeling all of the follow up messages to achieve your objective.

Templates

Templates are only used for sending out WhatsApp campaigns.  Meta requires approval of WhatsApp templates before they can be used. Typically approval is extremely quick, and will be approved as long as your message does not contain content that violates their policies.

How does it work?

SmartReply is a an application that connects with various channel data sources. We process webhooks and api calls through our system where we leverage models such as GPT-4O. Each messaging request that we get is processed by AI where it will respond with things such as replies, actions,  quality scores, urls, , product ids and more.  SmartReply has the ability to call very specific functions such as Shopify order look up and more. 

SmartReply is designed to have all of the same context that a human would when responding to messages and comments.Useful for hyper contextual responses the snartreply agent uses every data point & built in functions such as product catalog search to return efficient responses.

Some examples:

Post Analysis: SmartReply agents takes analize the caption, text, headline, call to action, image or thumbnail.
Image Recognition
: Users can send images  in comments or messages and the agent will respond accordingly.  
Product Catalog Search: Search product catalog for information and recomendations based off context.

Use the Comment Selector tool to train your agent on previous Meta Ad/Post Comments & replies

One approach is to monitor the messages and comments for situations where you do not like the response. When you come across a case, just like you would when training an employee you need to tell the agent how to correctly handle the situation.
